Would recommend it. Fairly clean apartment with excellent location. Very friendly people working there.

The stay was lovely and we will be back. Staff was really helpful, the service was exceptional. The room was good sized for the gift, pleasant to stay in. It was good to have an electric kettle, fridges, and an oven, we could cook ourselves. It was located in a very spacious lounge area close to center.

Appreciated how fairly clean the place was. There was a bath in the separate bathroom.

Comfortable bedrooms, enjoyable experience, flexible check-out. Responsive and lovely apartment staff. Comfy bed and clean place. Reasonably spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Stuff was helpful, helped with everything. The place had a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a dining area. Bathroom was spacious as was a bathtub. The setting was incredible and ideal: )

Service in the apartment was excellent too. Added bonus is an incredibly beautiful inner courtyard view. The kitchen had an electric kettle, fridges and an oven etc to cook a meal. The location was fab and incredible for us.

Fantastic location and a good property. Ideal to visit York with good food very close. Used Livingroom restaurant as recommended which was excellent.

Good value, would recommend. Had a very lovely stay on this visit. I liked extra touches, including a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. Incredible and brilliant setting, close to city centre.

Spacious room with a separate living area and kitchen, which was really convenient. The location was great, just a short stroll to The Bars. The staff were all friendly and quick to help out. 😊

The location of the property

Property is tired needs to be freshened up with paint work. No artwork so did not make you feel at home. Verical blinds in main bathroom broken 3 pieces just hung over the frame leaving a gap at the bottom and the window is connected to the corridor were other residents walk past whilst your in the bath. The apartment was dusty therefore gave the impression that it had not been freshly cleaned.

Very big appartment and everything one needs for a short holiday was there. Very close to city centre too. On arrival we found a bottle of bubbly and some bathroom necessities.

It would have been nice if there had been some kind of instructions on how things work in the appartment and where the internet connection is.

Great 2-night stay, everything was spot on! Highly recommend it. We had a lovely experience, would definitely come back. 😊

Nice central yet quiet position to discover York.I Wouldn't call it a hotel it's 4 self contained well designed and decorated flats.

I couldn't get internet access although this was stated as being provided my computer just said that the reception was too weak.
